Hypnotherapy has a long history of providing lasting relief of headaches, whether they be migraine or tension headaches. The effect is immediate, and lasting. Self-hypnosis may be taught to support the person in resolving future stress problems.

The time spent in labor is dramatically reduced, and the newborn child is usually healthier, and not burdened with drug residues. A number of other problems such as nausea during pregnancy and premature delivery can also be treated successfully.
